租房英语：Grace period 宽限时

不少计划赴海外留学的同学目前已经在联系租房的事了，在海外租房的时候必须要签订正式的租约(lease)或住房合同(housing contract)，这有时也被叫做“租房协议”(rental agreement)。

租房合同里大伙要特别注意以下条约：搬出公告(Move-Out Notice)、保证金(Security Deposit)、宽限时(Grace Period)等。正常状况下，你需要按时全额交纳房租。不然，你就可能需要交滞纳金(late fee)。但有时在房租到期后会有3-5天的宽限时，假如你在这期间迟交房租则不会被处以罚金。假如有宽限时的话，应当明确写入租约或租房协议；假如合同中没说明，应视为无此项条约。下面大家来通过一个对话来学习一下有关宽限时的口语吧！
