The Chinese Association on Tobacco Control announced the "Dirty Ashtray Award" on May 13 as it disclosed the results for an annual smoking scene review of films and television series.
中国控制抽烟协会5月13日公布了年度影视剧烟草镜头监测结果，宣布了“脏烟灰缸奖”。
脏烟灰缸奖
“脏烟灰缸奖”的英文表达是Dirty Ashtray Award，刚开始是“国际禁烟大会”期间颁发给禁烟（tobacco control）工作不理想的国家代表团。目前中国国内所指的“脏烟灰缸奖”是中国控制抽烟协会（Chinese Association on Tobacco Control）在2011年设置的一个奖项，奖项的颁发对象是出现抽烟镜头较多（excessive smoking scenes）的国产影视剧。
电影《近在咫尺》因抽烟镜头最多而获“脏烟灰缸奖”，《父亲到哪里1》等9部电影、《杉杉来了》等9部电视剧因没抽烟镜头（no smoking footage）获“无烟影视奖”（No Smoking Scene Awards）。
中国抽烟协会自2007年就开始监测影视剧里的抽烟镜头，鼓励名人承担更多的社会责任（take more social responsibilities），预防未成年人模仿（prevent the minors from mimicking）。4月份，中国《广告法》（Adverti百度竞价推广ent Law）修订禁止烟草广告（tobacco advertising），5月十日上调了烟草消费税（the consumption tax on cigarettes），为控烟运动（anti-tobacco campaign）做出不懈奋斗。
